I have a PDF document that has the SSN (Social Sec. No.) in the document 69 times, I have hit the find/search key and found them all but is there a way I can delete them all at once? Or do I have to go to each SSN and delete individually?

According to its official description, the application doesn't allow you to delete the items you have found through search in batch modes. You will need to edit it, then manually delete each SSN number found in the document. Unfortunately, there is no application configured to delete the selected text in batch mode.
